Practicing since 2012, Danica uses a variety of techniques to tailor each massage to your specific needs, including but not limited to traditional swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and stretching. Danica enjoys working with a diverse range of clients and conditions such as headaches, injury recovery, neck pain, stress/emotional well-being, pregnancy, and more.

GENEVIEVE MANCELL

RMT

Genevieve has been working with clients of all ages since 2013 with over a decade of diverse experience. Using a variety of clinical and relaxation techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, deep tissue and swedish massage she designs her treatments based on the client's needs. Focusing on general tension, headaches, migraines, post exercise soreness, prenatal and postnatal care, occupational injuries, motor vehicle injuries, and relaxation.

Owen Giroux

RMT, CSEP-CPT

Owen is a passionate RMT and Personal Trainer with a leading national body. His experienced in award winning physiotherapy clinics and luxury spas lend to a dynamic approach to care. Working since 2016, he focuses on injury rehab, athletics, and car accidents. Owen also has a thorough teaching background, having been an RMT-program instructor as well as a mentor-tutor with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario. His adaptive and holistic approach supports you through any stage of your health care journey.

Marlo Dunn

Misty Mountain RMT

Marlo is an energetic and passionate RMT dedicated to provide a safe space for patients. Marlo was inspired to be an RMT after receiving vital care during her years as a jockey, finishing school in 2017. Marlo employs advanced techniques such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and Biodynamic MyoFascial Mobilization, with a special focus on pregnancy and postpartum care. Her adaptive and responsive approach is key to her practice.

Caroline Vermette

Caroline is a dedicated Therapist, originally from Montreal. She ventured to BC in 2015, bringing with her a passion for wellness and an active lifestyle. With a background in Muay Thai, Caroline is no stranger to the benefits of physical activity and its impacts on overall well-being. Her practice is centered on empowering individuals to take charge of their health, viewing it through the interconnected lenses of mental, physical, and social well-being. With a commitment to fostering a holistic approach to wellness, Caroline strives to make a positive impact on the lives of her clients through therapeutic touch and a comprehensive understanding of health.

KARYN LOWTHER

RMT

With a decade of experience, Karyn is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She has a strong interest in the nervous system and the role it plays in pain, and has a special interest in working with low back injuries. Her treatment style is collaborative and adaptive with a firm and specific pressure, yet can be light if needed. She is fluent in a variety of techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, IASTM, muscle energy, and joint mobilizations. Post treatment education and exercises are customized, fun, and functional. She has lived all over BC, from the Kootenays to Haida Gwaii, Tofino and Powell River. These days she spends her free time biking, gardening, painting or enjoying a consistent yoga practice.

Katy Lucas

Katy Lucas took her training at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC, in 2017. Her background is in traditional Thai Massage and Yoga Therapy. Blending her experience, she utilizes a diversity of techniques tailored to your needs. She enjoys working deep with muscle and tendon related injuries, as well as with the nervous system to create a feeling of relaxation and restoration post-treatment.

Taylor Smith

Taylor creates a welcoming environment while delivering therapeutic, client-centred care. He attended the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria where he developed an interest in treating patients with chronic muscular imbalances. Whether you’re looking for care of an injury, systemic health condition or just looking to relieve the stress of your day-to-day life, Taylor has the skills and knowledge to guide you towards rest and recovery. His passions outside of massage include getting outdoors, billiards and playing hockey.
